Terms
All terms, conditions and prices are subject to change without notice. Freight charges will be added to each order. Please note that all orders are shipped as “Signature Required”. All merchandise must be inspected after delivery and any discrepancies, defects or damages must be reported to Artevera no later than 48 hours after delivery.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your painting, we will replace it at our own cost. Unfortunately, since all of our art reproductions are custom-made no refund can be given.
Delivery Policy
Please allow 4 – 6 weeks from date of order to receive your painting. We need to make sure the painting is completely dry before shipping it. All USA orders will usually be shipped UPS Ground. Air freight is available upon request.
Freight Claims
We carefully inspect all paintings before shipping them. All claims for loss or damage are to be made by the customer to the freight carrier; we are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.
International Orders
All International orders must be pre-payed via bank wire transfer. Please email us your address, phone number and details for shipment; please list quantities, descriptions and part numbers. We will get back with you with a pro-forma invoice and bank details for transfer.
International Customs Duties
If the destination country imposes import duties and/or taxes, the customer is responsible for their payment. Usually there are no duties for paintings shipped in small quantities. Please check with your local Customs authorities.
Proprietary Rights
You acknowledge and agree that all content and materials made available on Artevera website, such as photos, designs, images, text, downloads, names and logos are the exclusive property of Artevera. and are protected by United States and International intellectual property laws. You may use, display and print one copy of the content and materials on Artevera website on a single computer for your noncommercial and personal use only. You agree not to reproduce or modify any content or materials made available on Artevera website, without Artevera prior written authorization.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the personal information you give us, such as your billing, delivery and e-mail addresses, to process your order and keep you informed about it. Under no circumstances we rent, trade or share your e-mail address with any other company for marketing purposes. We do not store credit card details or share customer details with any third parties.
